In conjunction with World Spine Day and to mark our third anniversary, the Feel Good Fest 2024 was an unforgettable celebration of wellness, community, and gratitude. Hosted as a gesture of appreciation for all the patients who have supported us throughout the years, the event was a vibrant blend of health-focused activities, engaging workshops, fitness challenges, and exciting lucky draws.

Feel Good Fest was an unforgettable day celebrating our third anniversary, raising awareness for World Spine Day, and showing appreciation for our community.
The event featured a diverse lineup of activities, from workshops and health talks to interactive booths from different brands. Everyone who attended was treated to a special goodie bag filled with merchandise from our participating vendors, adding an extra layer of excitement and gratitude.
Activities and Experiences
Collaborative Insights: Bridging Chiropractic and Orthopaedics for Enhanced Knee Health
We had the privilege of collaborating with Dr. Yuen Jin Chuan from Sunway Medical Velocity Center for an insightful talk about “Exploring the MAKO Robotic Total Knee Replacement and the Role of Chiropractic Care in Enhancing Recovery.”
Together with D.C. Valerie, Dr. Yuen shed light on how chiropractic care supports knee osteoarthritis (OA) patients and how the advanced MAKO Robotic system can significantly reduce recovery time. This collaboration aimed to deepen our community’s understanding of knee health and showcase integrative healthcare solutions for joint and mobility issues.
Spinal Screening
The spinal screening at the event was conducted by chiropractic student volunteers from IMU University, who were thoroughly trained by our chiropractors beforehand. The screenings aimed to identify any spinal issues and provide guidance on how to address them, particularly for new patients who had not previously received chiropractic care.
Engaging Workshops
While spinal screening was taking place, DIY Perfume Essential Oil Workshop by Young Living was held followed by Health Talk and Interactive Activities by Spring Health, and Health Talk and Interactive Activities by Hello Dental.
Fitness Challenge
Participants tested their endurance and coordination through engaging exercises, with expert guidance from Anytime Fitness & PCC to ensure safety and maximize fun!
We were particularly inspired by the many elderly participants who showcased impressive physical fitness. Their dedication serves as a powerful reminder for our community to prioritize regular exercise, stay active, and break free from sedentary habits to enhance overall health and well-being.
Lucky Draw Event
Participants had the chance to earn entries with 8 stickers, which could be collected from various booths when they accomplished the designated activities throughout the event. We collaborated with ArtbySong to design a spine-themed bookmark, featuring illustrations of different vertebrae bones in the body. Each sticker represented a unique vertebra, giving participants the opportunity to learn about spinal health while collecting their entries.
With over 60 exciting gifts valued at up to RM 16,000, generously sponsored by Reebok, Anytime Fitness, and Panasonic, the lucky draw was a thrilling highlight of the day. We were beyond thrilled to see so many happy faces and are grateful to everyone who participated!
